Elaine’s Story
My name is Elaine Gouin.
I am 71 years old, have progressive multiple sclerosis and am a ParaMed Home Health Care client.
Every day, I rely on ParaMed’s service to get out of bed.
ParaMed has cancelled on me without notice, leaving me trapped all day without food, water and access to a washroom. I called them crying three times and never got a call back! I now bring food with me to bed each night, out of fear that it could happen again.
It’s time for ParaMed to GET REAL about their clients.
